It is alright, you can use them. I'm sure you haven't given them like 50. A few is fine for now, but eventual premaban may ensue (I'm going to talk to Jason about that).

Robert, Jason said he wasn't going to bother with competitive GSC.
I think the rule for drugs should be that you can only give them to your pokemon if you obtain it by means outside of buying it (such as finding a hidden one, etc.)

I understand. This will be fun between us and a good warmup for anyone seeking to get into DP (much faster and much more chaotic).

I cheated on Diamond. I bought a Action Replay and I used it to get 999 of all vitamins (stat boosters). So all I haver to now is figure out how many EV's to give to each Pokemon.
Also I got 999 rare candiez.

Isn't it best to train your pokemon rather than giving them rare candies? Well wait, not if you give them stat boosters I guess?

I thought protein and vitamins weren't pure EVs. I thought they just raised the base stat of the pokemon. Correct me if im wrong robert.

Technically, they are 10 EVs (but, EVs raise the base stat a little, so it is both).
IN DP, you can only give a Pokemon 10 Vitamins, so you still have to train 410 EVs on your own.

No, you can give it only 10 of each vitamin. Which means that if you wanted to be really freaking cheap, you would do 10 protein, 10 zinc, 10 carbos, 10 calcium, 10 iron and 1 HP Up. But thats not really the best EV spread in the world b/c of unused EVs.

Using Vitamins and rare candies is not worse than training them normally.
My strategy is to use up any of the vitamins that I can, use Rare Candies up to the 90's then EV train.

Take for example, Haunter. Every time you defeat a Haunter, you get 2 Special Attack EVs. When you get 4 EVs in any stat, the stat goes up one point. Vitamins give 10 EVs in their respective stat. You have to look up all of the Pokemon to see what EVs they give.

No, because you have a limit of vitamins of 100 per stat, meaning you are 152 EVs away from its maximum.
And Anthony/anyonme who does not have DP, you should try Shoddy. It is basically only Pokemon battling. You can choose whatever Pokemon you want with whatever moves it can learn, IV/EV spreads, and so on. It allows you to play Pokemon competitively without having to kill yourself spending 100s of hours breeding and EV training, so you can get a team you know works then do that stuff. Trial and error on the easy website to shave off an extra 300 hours.

SHODDY IS FREAKING AMAZING!!!! Once you start trying to EV train on DP, you realize that you have only one realistic chance to get your team right or you will go crazy (unless your chester lol). Max EV training can take upwards of 15 hours per pokemon, so 90 hours per team, pretty much. Shoddy lets you create your entire team in about 30 minutes and get to fighting other people across the internet immediately. DOWNLOAD IT!!! And find me: EagleXC13; text if you want to battle and i'll see what i can do.

shoddybattle.com
However, you have a 2 generation gap, so be warned if you have no clue what or who anything is. Plus, it is intensely more complicated, with abilities and crazier items/moves.

Anyone want some delicious PokeRus? It makes training EV's much easier. I got it in my first hour after restarting Pokemon Sapphire a few months ago, and I still have a bunch of Pokemon in the PC with it. So, if anyone wants to upload some PokeRus let me know.
