American Deoxys Event
Thanks to all of you for sending this in. In America in the weekends beginning June 20th and June 27th, Gamestop will be giving away free Deoxys for you to put onto your game. It is said that the Deoxys has special moves and a special hold item, but this has yet to be confirmed. Be sure to check your local Gamestop to see if they are doing this event
That was an excerpt from Serebii.net. For those of you that have a working DS and Pokemon Diamond/Pearl, Deoxys will be at everyone's favorite game store* for those days. A great chance for anyone who missed the Darkrai event weeks ago.
*Note that Gamestop is the worst game store ever. I was being EXTREMELY sarcastic with that comment.

Then look on Ebay or the Gamestop website. But Gamestop does have an old games section, which is pretty extensive. You're not looking hard enough if you haven't found it yet.

YES! I got that Darkrai, and a Deoxys will be very nice to my collection.
I double checked the stats, and yea, you must have terrible luck Rob, as all of those stats are pretty low (unlucky IVs). If I were you, try breeding it to get Modest and with a Hitmonchan for Vacuum Wave (Lucario's speed is not bad, but this is good to pick off slightly faster dangers like Weavile). Psychic is still a very good choice, so it is you decision.
Your Lucario will serve you very well, as its coverage is very nice, but if you have time, try breeding. Bred Pokemon are usually stronger (and I know everyone's first Lucario hatches from an egg, but the new egg will only have 3 of its parents IVs, which could benefit you). Since you do not have any physical attacks, Modest would serve you best.

No problem. There is nothing wrong with your Lucario, and I know it will do well, but you can breed better. Also try EV training. For Special Attack, go to the Old Chataeu in Eterna Forest. Only Gastly, Haunter, and Genger (1,2, and 3 SPATK EVs).

No problem. If you are going to Anthony's Saturday, I can bring my DS, and I have an extra Timid Riolu (-Atk, +Spd), and more Mild too, so if you want one, go ahead. Also, another protip, try and evolve Riolu as soon as possible (Massage it, et cetera to increase Loyalty), as it will make a slight difference and boost Lucario's stats.

Understood. I wish Jason would post here, for his Pokeknowledge beats the Pokedex. Ill just PM him if I really need to know something. Hey Jason, if you ever check this, what defense would you lower in a Mixed Sweeper Lucario? I would lower Special Defense, despite his Fire weakness, only because he has more severe typically Physical weaknesses, Fighting and Ground.
