Everyone bring Santa hats tomorrow. Especially if you're in jazz band. I want to get everyone to wear them all day in class (all classes where there are multiple band people, and where the teacher doesn't care if you wear hats), then the jazz band can wear them during the concert (during our part of the concert). If you have extras, bring them in case someone forgets.

It wasn't as bad as I had expected with the little time we had to prepare, but it wasn't as good as I had hoped with how quickly we progressed (on some of the songs).

lol I didn't even get to use the hat because my cup mute got stuck and I didn't have time to put my hat over the bell after I finally got it out.... plus, I had to hold the mute anyway.
