Weapon: a load of weapons, lightsaberish beam sword, and whatever else he can come up with
Power: cybernetic strength, can fly for short distances
Description: a slim, tall, red cybernetic life form. wears a visor over what was once his face. He also wears a trench coat and a hood when hes out in public. Highly conservative, with a strong belief that the ends MUST justify the means.
Short History: As a young buy, he was horribly injured by a gas station explosion. Although officially dead, the government kept him alive only to use him as their guinea pig. His body was mostly replaced by cybernetic implants, making him into the first cybernetic super soldier. The resistance managed to bust him out, only to have him slaughter most of his "saviors". His government training brainwashed him to be highly conservative, almost to the point of being fascist. His sense of right and wrong is what keeps him distant from most heroes. If he believes that they are the just cause, he will aide them. If not, he runs off to perform what he believes is right.
Loyalty: Although a member of the heroes, he often leaves (and sometimes opposes) them to do what he believes is necessary. He hates the senate, in that he sees them as fat, wasteful pigs who give his party a bad name.

Power: same as Glitch
Description: at first glance, he looks like an exact copy of Glitch. However, he can change color at will. he is usually black, but tends to change frequently
Short History: After Glitch escaped, the villains hacked into the cities mainframe and created their own cyborg. Kronos is described as sadistic, with some sociopathic traits. He is trusted by no one but his creators.
Loyalty: technically villains, however he tends to run off to fulfill his own self centered deeds.

he isn't the leader. he just pays for them. although, he does have a lot of influence (within the Villains and the Senate).

hmmm guess I can contribute a villain... name: Shadowfiend age:  description: when posing as a human, he is a 30 y/o man with short brown hair and green eyes. Wears a standard suit. ......When NOT in human disguise, he is basically a skeleton/zombie with a ghostly right arm and skeletal wings on fire......he doesnt show it often. History: Long ago before history can recall, Dynasty City was a small town, with dark secrets. Shadowfiend was a simple man by the name of Sam. He was killed by bandits at he age of 30. Then, some time later a necromancer raised him as an undead slave. Sam regained his will and slew the necromancer, but was only left with malice and contempt for the living.
