Dynasty City is my attempt at a good interactive story on the EHS boards. I know it won't be as epic as Awesome Land and its' spin-offs, but oh well.
Here we go: Dynasty City is a city (Like New York) that is caught in a constant struggle between the "Heroes" and the "Villains". They constantly fight over influence over the Senate, the governing body of Dynasty City.
The question among its citizens it: "Are the 'Heroes' really heroes? And are the 'Villains' really villains?"
Here is my character:
Name: Jeirhas Rinn
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Weapon: Spear
Power: Piercing Eye/Mindbreak. By staring into another's eyes, he can read thoughts. Powers develop overtime.
Description: Relatively tall, light brown hair. Blue eyes.
Short History: His father was a Senator in Dynasty city, until he was killed in a raid by a group of Villains. Since then he has sworn to protect Dynasty City from the Villains.
Loyalty: Heroes, Senators.

I think it'll be a little more fun if the heros and villains had powers. But keep them in reason. Seriously, no Narrator powers or anything.

Are Heroes really "heroes", and are Villains really "villains"? that sounds like a Spiderman/Batman/Hancock (lol I just watched Hancock) kind of thing. I'm in, if I can find time for it.

Description: Medium height, medium-length dark brown hair, brown eyes, Japanese (lol jk), faded gray cloak
Short History: Uuhhhh.... He's kinda like Robin Hood: steals from the rich and gives to the poor. Considered a Hero by some, a Villain by others.
Loyalty: lol wut?

Name: Vincent
age: 17
weapon: duel desert eagle pistols
power: half robot/ energy manipulation. His robot side allows him to make quick calculations and helps give him impecible accuracy. Build into his right arm is a function that allows him to use raw energy as a weapon.
brief description: medium height, shrot black hair, one eye is robotic and glowes red. Half of his upper body is robotic (though covered by fake flesh) He wears a hodded black trench coat and jeans with a white shirt.
history: when he was fourteen, Vincent and his family were attacked by angry rioters, who disliked his family for their chosen Senate support. Vincent's parents were killed and Vincent severly injured. He was found by a scientist who took him to his lab and grafted a mechanical body parts to him.
Loyalty: either
other: Vincent is getting involved with a local group that is openly rebelling against Dynasty city.

That was a REALLY good idea.
Anyway, there are now four factions to which a character may pledge loyalty to:
The Heroes
The Villains
The Senate
The Resistance (or whatever Adam calls it)
and you can be Neutral if you ant.

Gender: Male
Weapon: DA POWAH OF DA SENATE LOLOL jk... none, really
Power: Mental manipulation
Description: tall, long blond hair; he has a scar on his face from a battle he had gotten into with a Villain in his younger days
Short History: Formerly a vigilante like Voren, Zen Garingold is now a member of the Senate. His long history of crimes to benefit the less privileged people of Dynasty City remain unknown to most of the city's citizens; Voren and his small band of thieves are the only ones who know of Senator Garingold's deeds. He now continues to aid and command Voren and his team.
Loyalty: Though a member of the Senate, Garingold often opposes the Senate in order to benefit the city. His primary loyalty is to the citizens; however, he maintains an ostentatious loyalty to the Senate.

Weapon: She was once a warrior, but hung up her bow in order to gain power in the Senate.
Powers: She has none
Description: Average height. Red hair that is beginning to fade. The stress of her life is beginning to show on her face. Most often seen wearing the traditional White Robes of the Senators
Short History: Once a young huntress before Dynasty City fell under Senatorial rule. She fought with the Villains for many years, before they were labeled Villains. She eventually gave up fighting to take a position in the Senate.
Loyalty: She maintains a steadfast loyalty to the Senate and its members. She argues valiantly for Dynasty's citizens. Although her time with the Villains was when they were idolized, rumors of her continued support of the Villains still float around.
