A little alteration...The one reason I can never win Duels is because I can't limit the cards I use. There are just too many good cards...Ah, I'll try anyway.
Monsters(24): Blue-Eyes White Dragon x3 Lord of D. x2 Paladin of White Dragon x3 The Dark - Hex-Sealed Fusion x1 The Light - Hex-Sealed Fusion x2 Luster Dragon x3 Divine Dragon Ragnarok x3 The Dragon Dwelling in the Cave x2 Blizzard Dragon x3 Black Luster Soldier x2
Spells(16): Pot of Greed x1 Swords of Revealing Light x1 Monster Reborn x1 Flute of Summoning Dragon x3 Dragon's Mirror x2 White Dragon Ritual x2 Black Luster Ritual x2 Polymerization x3 Future Fusion x1
Traps(10): Magic Cylinder x1 Dragon's Rage x2 Draining Shield x1 Solemn Judgment x2 Seven Tools of the Bandit x2 Magic Jammer x2
Extra Deck(12) Five Headed Dragon x3 Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon x3 King Dragun x3 Dragon Master Knight x3
Total: 50 Cards
Same as the other Shining Dragon deck, except this one is more feasible. Shining Dragon is removed to make more room for the Hex Sealed Fusion cards, which allow me to summon my Fusions without much effort. They also help to activate the Black Luster and White Dragon Ritual Spell cards. The Dragons in this deck are fairly powerful, the Dragon Dwelling in the Cave has 2000 DEF, Luster Dragon has 1900 ATK, and Blizzard Dragon has 1800 and a nice effect. The Spell cards focus on stalling for time until I get the fusions out, and the traps are there to restore LP and prevent my other cards from being negated. Please rate and comment.

The general strategy will go something like this:
I'll get a couple dragons out on the field for defense using their upper ATK and DEF in the 1800+ range.
I'll use Future Fusion as deck thinning to send 5 dragons from my deck into the graveyard. Two turns from then, thanks to Future Fusion's effect, I'll summon FHD, who has 5000 ATK, 5000 DEF, and can't be destroyed by a Dark, Earth, Water, Fire, or Wind monster. I'll use Dragon's Mirror to take those monsters out of my graveyard and fuse them into another FHD. Because of the Future Fusion effect, the first FHD would probably die. I would substitute De-Fusion in there somewhere to Defuse the FHD into the five dragons I used to summon it, which would've included 3 Blue-Eyes. By the first few turns, assuming all goes according to plan, I'd have at least 4 dragons with over 2000 ATK ready to rape. I'd put in Heavy Storm somewhere as a field clearer and attack for game.

It's a lot better. We will definitely have to play a few matches against each other. The best way to see which cards are good/worthless is to use them in duels and see how they work in different situations. I'll use my real deck and my paper burn deck lolololol.

Why are you all running 50 cards in your deck.

Why are you all running 50 cards in your deck. Don't worry Jason. After a brutal defeat at the hands of a former master, I have seen the Light! I now realize that most good decks generally have no more than 42 cards. That's one of the main deck rules I follow now.

I have 45 cards in my real deck and theoretically deck...
but I think it makes up for it because of all the special summoning and good deck control.
