Both of you should have control over Bill Nye. You use him to develop the story while Anthony just develops lawls. Any and all plot conveniences will be ignored when one of you has to do something to get Bill Nye in the right place to continue the story. It's like with PFG: he's anywhere and everywhere at the same time.
