Let's start this off right, with motorcycles. Remember, this is serious business, so no spamming, idiocy, or general faggotry. You will be punished (A.K.A. I will make you dead).
Wario may be powerful, but his moves have serious lag, although when depends on the move. Some have a lot of lag after (f-smash), and some before (f-tilt). He has a decent air game, and great recovery with his motorcycle jump and whatnot. He has the ability to air-grab with his neutral-b, and can kill at around 80-90%. Finally, there's the motorcycle. Y'all best be fearin' da motorcycle.

Wario is unique in that he is a heavy character, semi-fast moves, but lacks a good kill move. Wario mainly depends on his Up-Air (his hand clap) for kills which is fairly easy to dodge. His Super Fart is extremely useful for getting kills, but it takes around 2 minutes for it to charge and it's pretty hard to hit with it. Also, if Wario does not have his motorcycle readily available for recovery, chances are he will have a hard time making it back to the stage. His Up-B is one of the worst in the game, having little vertical and no horizontal movement. Wario also lacks range on his tilts because of his stubby arms.
On the good side, Wario has an incredible recovery if you are able to utilize all of his options. Super Fart rises Wario a good bit vertically, and his motorcycle gives him excellent horizontal movement. His motorcycle also works as a sort of shield, stopping many powerful projectiles such as fully charged Lucario or Samus shots. Because Wario's edgeguarding skills lack, he may break his bike and use the parts as projectiles.
Wario's Chomp is really good for stopping an opponent's approach. It's slow at coming out, but time it right and you'll have super priority. It's also really useful for eating projectiles. You'll still take a few percents of damage, but you won't receive any knockback, which can be extremely useful if you're at a dangerous percent. Wario's Chomp can also be used as a suicide move. If you're at a high percentage and know for sure you will die soon, chomp the opponent off the stage and you will take them down with you.
That's all I got for now.

His f-smash is a good kill move. As for his bike, it's usually a good idea to reserve it for recovery. If you do use it and it gets left on the stage, its pretty much necessary to destroy it at the first opportunity. As for edge guarding, his d-smash can be used to an extent. His up-b does have some horizontal recovery if you angle it quickly, and deals some damage, so it isn't that bad. They can't really give him much recovery on it what with his bike-jump.
By the way, you can pop a wheelie with the bike as well as taunt on it. Just a fun fact about Wario.

I'm going to start a new character thread on Monday. I know it won't have been a week, but I'm going to have the cycle begin on Monday so it's easier to remember. Just a heads-up.

Okay that's cool. If you don't have an idea on a character, make one that most people are familiar with so they can contribute also.

In my opinion Wario's strongest moves are his bike and chomp. When i say strong i don't mean damage wise. I mean like how you can use them. His chomp can be used to stop knock back from projectiles. You can use the bike to run people over then break it apart and edge guard with his only projectile. Wario is a character you need to know how to use before you play him.

So you mean his Chomp and Bike are most useful?
I disagree. There are some moves that appear to be good but usually they're not. Look at Peach's side-b move (the Peach Bomber), or Falcon Punch. They are both good for damage but they are slow at coming out and slow at finishing. A poorly timed move like that can seriously hurt your game. Wario's Chomp is only useful to stop approaches, but anyone with half a brain can figure out to approach differently once they get chomped on a few times. Other than that, his chomp is useful for Wario suicides, but it's not really a move you should be using to get kills. Wario's bike is somewhat useful, however it's easy to dodge. All you have to do is jump over it and attack from behind. Wario's bike will only be used for recovery once his metagame gets developed.

Don't forget the bike-icide. Adamczyk used that on you in the tournament we had at the 8th grade party thing. As for the chomp, Wario can use that to edge-guard too. Just jump in the air and chomp someone coming back on the stage. It can be a chomp-icide, or a damage dealer. It's pretty useful as a throw as well, because if you tap be, it damages then automatically throws when you're about to get loose.

Yeah the bike-icide, I was able to escape it and he almost killed himself doing it. That match went so horribly for me. I do so terribly in a tournament setting, but I've gotten used to it a little.
Wario's chomp can be used for edgeguarding, but Wario's aerial attacks are much better for that type of stuff. As far as getting some damage done, I guess if you needed a high priority attack that deals more damage than a grab, chomp would be the way to go. I still view chomp as one of Wario's less important moves.
