His fair is beast. It's fast and powerful. I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure it ranks pretty high on Luigi's list of kill moves. FOR THE THROAT.

Actually, while his fair is good, his dair is one of the best in the game. It can both spike and kill from the middle of the stage, depending on what part of the animation you hit with. Also, his F-smash is never used due to its lack of being useful while WDing, which is all Luigi ever does to move around. watch the vid above for a good look at pro luigi-ing.

lol I think I've posted that video of the taunt spikes somewhar. I don't know much about Luigi (I hate playing as floaty characters) but I know that Luigi Ka-master is a freaking beast with him. A lot of people have been debating on Luigi's placement on the tiers and want to move him higher because of Ka-master.

Because of Luigi's incredible need of tech skillz to be good with (such as wavedashing, moonwalking, wavelanding, etc.) i would expect Ka-m to be good at those such things with other characters as well. Thinks of the mindgames that could be used if Ka-m used Marth or someone with a mediocre WD and an intense moveset capable of Ken Combos or the like. It would be so terrifying that the Melee metagame would be revived for a bit of time. I would love to see that.
