So going back to Sheik, i've realized you don't want to be above someone with her. Her Dair is all but useless (powerful but it hits going upwards) and there isn't much else to use. If you get below someone its a completely different story: her u-smash, fair, dair, uair, and utilt are all extremely powerful and can combo into eachother.

Yeah, being above is dangerous for Sheik. Her dair can be used but it's highly situational. For instance, you use a move to force your opponent to tech on a platform. They don't have much room to tech roll so you should jump above the platform, and aim your dair where ever their tech takes them. Dair sets up moves like fair or up-smash depending on percent.
