While surfing the Super Mario Wiki, I found this article about a song written in the 90s featured on one of Nintendo's albums. In the song, Bowser's telling Princess Peach about his plan to become an oil tycoon and how brains are unimportant in such a manner. The song is catchy and the video is hilarious, so watch it.
