And lo, Captain Clever accompanied Zento to wherever he was going.

PFG had gone wandering in the forest and had been running by, setting trees on fire, just as Johnny appeared. Strangely, the fires seemed to disappear almost on contact with the trees, so no harm was done. The point is that PFG saw Johnny and ran away again. You may think he headed back to Lake Awesome to tell Cha Cha. Well, think again. Instead, he ran into Awesome Sea (which fades into the Brildia Sea) and swam off. Nobody knew why. Nobody cared. Because nobody noticed.

PFG then appeared at the blackjack table in the Uncharted Mountains. He pulled up a chair and dealt himself a hand. He sat down by Leon and jined his team so that it was now a 3v3.

PFG somehow managed to win without even blinking. He threw down his cards and did the Hand Jive in triumph, then disappeared mysteriously, leaving the Blackjack players baffled at what had just happened. It had all happened in a matter of seconds, and nobody saw anything but a bright blur, and they all felt the heat of the fire that perpetually followed PFG around. They shook their heads and returned to their game as if nothing had happened.

(lol Sorry, Tyler. I have a plan for PFG..... the only problem is, I'm still developing it.)

Johnny saw Sarah lying on the ground unconscious. He immediately ran to her and knelt by her side.

"What happened to her?"

Ignoring the turn order and what just happened, Narrator revealed his hand. He had two fours.

"Hit me."

His total was now 15.

"Hit me."

The dealer, somewhat confused, placed another card. It was a 7. Narrator glanced at the card. "I win." Everyone else looked back at the card, and saw that it was now a 0. Physics be damned.

Lacquer awoke (70m/s)²sin(2x45º)/(9.8m/s²) meters away from the other survivors of the crash. He got to his feet and stumbled in the direction he thought would take him to civilization and help. Instead, he appeared from a small trap door under the table where Organization XXI, Leon, and Narrator were playing Blackjack. He pushed the door open and emerged from under the table. Brushing himself off, he said, "Sup?" then proceeded to deal himself a hand and sat down beside Narrator.

[Mass]

"Narrator you just blew my mind..." Kayne mumbled.

[Mizagium]

Sherri stared at her cards, trying not to show her confusion at Narrator's physics.

"I'm out." Sherri threw her cards down in disgust. Narrator had taken all the 1's.

[Sartorius]

~If Narrator is going to defy physics, then so shall I.~ thought Leon.

"I BELIEVE IN THE HEART OF THE CARDS!" he yelled, and he placed his hand for everyone to see. He had two cards in his hand, both equal to 10.5. "I believe this adds up to 21. Looks like we win." Leon laughed.

Just to rub it in, Lacquer decided to reveal his hand of an 8 of Spades and an Emperor of Clubs (lolz Emperor=13).

[Mass]

"Cheating has not taken place. Leon and Narrator win." Kayne declared.

[Mizagium]

Jace glanced around the table. Crass was down with 20. Sherri was out with 22. And both of his opponents had defied physics and gotton 21.

21. "Well, you guys win. Now we have to go with you on your journey to wherever."

"But they CHEATED!" Crass wined.

"Shut up!" Sherri shouted. Crass flinched. "Your cheating got us into this mess in the first place!"

"I didn't do it on purpose!" Crass covered his head an tried to defend himself. "I didn't know I had an extra Ace..."

"It was a CLOVER!" Jace lost his temper "How did you not realize that there is no CLOVER suit in a deck of cards?"

"I...I got caught up in the moment..." Tears welled up in his eyes. He was telling the truth. He had only glanced at his hand before placing it down. A quick look made it appear to be a spade.

"Well, whatever..." Jace backed off.

[Xero]

"I don't know," Cha Cha said. I just found her unconscious on the beach where you guys left several pages ago."

[Calfrun]

Zento glanced at Captain Clever, somewhat confused. He shrugged, and decided to go exploring.

[Mass]

"HEY! You guys cheated....Whose minds did I reach into then...." Kayne walked back to the ship to take another nap.

[Sartorius]

Leon returned the cards to their deck and placed them back in a case. "Well, that's that. You tell us your backstory while we travel to Super Land. The Crimson Shadow has repaired itself." Leon said, pointing to the newly repaired airship. He walked aboard and teleported everyone else there, including Narrator and Kayne.

"Let's go." he said as they flew.

Narrator laughed in manly truimph. Physics might as well bend over now because the Narrator train just wont stop rolling.

Lacquer was teleported into the airship too, and he began playing Hey Baby! on his Tuba. Everyone started singing along.

Why are you speaking in present tense when the entire story has been told in past tense since the story started?

I think Larus needs his own world. He's not doing anything related to Awesome Land. He's off in his own little world chanting to evil gods to kill demons and other soldiers, while everyone else is off doing their own epic things that are actually related to Awesome Land's plot in some way. Everyone else has an explanation of how they got to where they are right now. Larus and Zais are the only ones who just randomly appeared out of nowhere. Where in Awesome Land is Larus!?!?)

(i'm waiting for an opportune time to put him into the main story. Snd to be honest, i dont feel like having another of my characters face the nerrator. whether it be an epic battle or a card game. so Larus will just wait until something epic happens. Speaking of epic....... well, Shtoople has finally finished his novel............)

Shtoople stapled his 4 pages of brutally bad pros together. However, he then realized that he forgot to give this Great Awesomican Novel a title. So he took out a sharpie and wrote out a title. Unfortunately for us, Shtoople's spelling is even worse than his grammar. in fact, the only thing that renders his book as slightly readable was the use of Awesome Land Computer's Spell Check Program.
Although he attempted to name the book, "The Memorie's a of Man hoo has terible grammer and Is mad off imiTation crab meet." the Title that he wrote on the book was

Zais sighed. "I guess my entertainment is over." he said. His entertainment gone and his ex-army apparently satiated, Zais quietly teleported abord the Crimson Shadow. "Hope you don't mind if I join you guys." he said to Leon. "There is nothing left to do here and I have....business in this direction."

[Sartorius]

Seated in the captain's chair, Leon summoned a dark magical mute and shoved it inside the source of one of his most hated songs.

"New rule on my airship: Playing Hey Baby will have you expelled immediately. Playing any song, in fact, will do the same." Leon laughed. As he steered the airship rose into the air, accelerating toward Super Land.

[Mizagium]

Jace began to recount thew back story of him and his cohorts.

"There are more of us in Organization XXI. We are a huge group. We're considered a "gang" but we don't do anything illegal. The Organization is divided up into four Suits, like a deck of cards. Hearts, Diamonds, Clubs, and Spades."

"What about the Clover Suit?" Sherri asked.

"They don't have any affiliation with the Organization anymore, you know that!" Jace became angry at the very thought of the renegade blackjack players. "They used to be members of the Organization, they were the best, but..." Jace trailed off. Sherri took over the narrative.

"They started dealing in illegal activity until finally we were forced to trow them out. Of course they were bitter, so they formed their own blackjack group: the Clover Suit."

"The clover used to be the symbol of the Organization." Crass added.

"Right. We had to change our logo to avoid any affiliation with the Clover Suit." Sherri glanced around at everyone on the airship to make sure they were following along.

"As to how we cam to be here, well..." Jace continued, "Every year we have a tournament with the governor's office. They are all good. It was near the end of the tournament and us three were playing against the governor and tow people who don't really matter. It was close but..."

"But what?" Someone asked.

"...We lost." Sherri finished.

"No we won." Crass corrected.

"No, YOU put down that damn Ace of Clovers and made them think we did it on purpose and were WITH the Clover Suit!" Sherri exploded again.

"I TOLD you, it was slipped into the deck. I didn't know it was there." Crass pleaded.

"It doesn't matter," Jace broke up the argument, "It happened and we were all but thrown out. Only Knox's pleading kept us in the Organization. Knox is our Ace, the leader of the Hearts." Jace added.

"We were put on probation and sent out here for a few weeks while the mess was sorted out." Sherri finished. Everyone contemplated their story.

"I don't know why he was so sore about us cheating," Crass mused, "All the winnings would go to charity anyway."

[Sartorius]

"Sounds more well developed than a lot of backstories here..." Leon muttered to himself.

"So a group name the Clover Suit is partially responsible for your misfortune? I sympathize with you guys." Leon said solemnly to the members of the organization. "I'll have to see if I can help you...But first we have to take that trip to Super Land...Something tells me it's going to be a bumpy ride."

With those words, Lord Raphael began to think about attacking the airship again when he realized...

"Hmm. If I keep destroying the airship then they will just keep fixing it and returning here. That man is persistent. I have to kill them in person if I am going to ensure his demise." Raphael said, and he summoned the Elite Falcon troops, former angelic creatures who were turned into birds by a mysterious curse. They were still pretty deadly, though, with their sharp claws and deadly beaks. Clad in red and white, the Falcons said "What is thy bidding, my master?" in unison.

"Kill them. I can make sure they die this way." was the reply as Raphael directed them to the Wind Orb through which Leon could be seen.

Without another word the Falcons dove out of the sky and toward the airship.
