Awesome Land II: The War of Four Kings

[Sartorius]

"Hmm. Is this food authentic. I only ask because I'm pretty sure that it's not. And is it poisonous? I only ask because I'm pretty sure that it is." Leon said, making clever use of repetition.

[Xero]

Rowlek awoke in the middle of the woods. It seemed he had been abandoned. He stood up and tried to recall what had happened. Now he remembered: he had been fighting the clones with Xero and Teharlu. But they had been defeated. He was captured and Xero and Teharlu were killed. He trudged off toward the dock so he could return to Special Land. He had failed his mission. The only reason he had come to Awesome Land was to compete with his long-time rival Xero. Now that he was dead, there was no point in staying.

Moments later, Rowlek stumbled through the brush and came out into the sunlight. He saw Zento, the Watsrobes, and the Phantom Regiment on the beach, and the Special Royal Navy out on the water. Then the full force of what he saw hit him: Xero was alive! He had purpose here after all! He walked over toward the Poltergeist, where Xero pat him on the back and said, "Welcome back, Rowlek!"

Confused at his rival's manner, Rowlek exclaimed, "What happened? Where are the clones?"

"Shoot!" Xero cursed. "We forgot about them!"

"Don't worry," Phantom reassured his son and his rival. "I've got the Corpsvets on it." He said this just as the last of the Corpsvets disappeared into the woods.

[Mizagium]

Derp-bot rolled along. Now the story had no direction since the villains had all stopped posting.

[Sartorius]

"The giant dragon seems to have disappeared." yawned the Imperial Prince who was apparently still royalty of the Awesome Land empire.

"Mmhmm. Wait, what? The beast is gone? AND SO IS THAT MADMAN! WE CAN RESUME OUR RULE!" yelled Walter who grabbed Taenas' arms and danced in a circle rapidly enough to remove his feet from the ground.

"Right. Old man, we have business to attend to if there are no more threats." Taenas said apathetically. "Imperial Soldiers, move out!" Taenas commanded, jumping on his dragon to Dark Hole Headquarters. Everyone else followed suit, flying above the people of Awesome Land to their giant tower.

[Xero]

Cha Cha looked up from his thoughts of Sarah again. He saw the dragons of the Imperial Army flying overhead toward the Dark Hole Headquarters. Then he made his decision. He no longer wanted a part in this war. But he knew he had to stay. He couldn't escape from Awesome Land yet.

He looked up at the dragons again. Then he took off running in the direction the Dragonriders flew. Xero, Phantom, and Rowlek all exchanged glances, then chased after the Trumpet Hero. The Phantom Regiment took to their oars and began to paddle around the coast of Awesome Land in the same direction, soon arriving at the Taco Bell where Leon was. Lacquer hopped down from the ship to the ground and walked into Taco Bell, starving and knowing his crew was starving as well. He ordered a Happy Meal for every member of the Regiment and walked out with his arms stuffed with bags of greasy cheeseburgers and tacos, with a picture of Ronald McDonald's face on the front. Don't ask. Just read.

As the Regiment devoured their Happy Meals, Lacquer wandered into the forest to find his friend, stuffing a Taco Bell Number 1 Grilled Stuffed Burrito in his mouth. Beans and meat spilled from the sides of the burrito, somehow not landing on his perfectly spotless uniform. He continued walking until he arrived at the Dark Hole Academy. He walked in the door just as he finished his burrito and was appalled at what he saw.

Little children were running around happily. The place was one huge playground. Only, the walls had the image of Walter's face plastered all over. TVs were everywhere, all showing educational television and Teletubbies. Lacquer almost went insane. He had to shield his eyes from the horror and sprinted back out the door, gasping for breath. He had to tell Phantom what was going on.

[DERRICK]

Deep within the darkest corners of his closet, Shtoople began to work on his greatest novel ever........................................................
DUM DDUM DUUMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!

[Myrdraxxis]

Suddenly a strange new figure appears on the horizon. "Why hello everyone. I'm here to kill you all-uh I mean join you!"

[Sartorius]

~What an untrustworthy figure.~ Leon thought to himself. He decided to let the others deal with the latest arrival so he could revisit the very first pages of Awesome Land in his mind. This is when he remembered a young man by the name of Amarillo entering his 9002 floor palace when he was still emperor.

"That fool...He had the artifact that could make me even more powerful..." Leon muttered as he stopped reminiscing. "Within it is contained a magical power unknown to any mortal aside from myself. Too bad he had to randomly jump in and explode himself after a fit of spam or something...Although that gives me an idea..."

"To test my magic, I shall do what no one has ever done! By using the power of that stolen blade, he should be easily resurrected..." Leon said, and he raised his staff into the air as he walked away from everyone. "By the power of Telumbra, the Staff of Shadows, come to me, and with you all of your powers and weapons!" he yelled. The very earth began to shake as a fissure opened up in the ground. From the depths came none other than Amarillo Slim, slightly decayed but relatively healthy because of the stolen Masamune.

"YO WASSUP EVRY-"

"I'll be taking that now." said Leon, and in a manner befitting the movie 300 he stole the shining sword Masamune and kicked Amarillo back into the fissure.

[Mass]

The sun shone with an unexplained brilliance as it moved into position.
"Finally after my excruciating wait, I shall be whole!" Mass became excited as the focused beam moved towards his position. Each and every second seemed like an eternity as it drew closer and closer. As the focused multi-colored sunbeam hit a tendril of his energy he felt its power begin bringing him a full fledged, if not immortal, human body. The curse Time Keeper sent upon him stopped time from affecting him at all. If his body is destroyed he exists as energy. All were effects of the curse and no matter what he did he could not rid himself of it. He resigned to that part of his fate, but the rest he despised Time Keeper for it.

Zais looked out dramatically over awsome land. "This place is perfect. Time...to spread the word of Chaos!" he shouts. Suddenly an army of Chaos marines (Look em up foo) appears behid him out of the Warp. "Blood for the Blood God!" Zais yells.

"Skull for the skull throne!" the army answers as one and slowly begins to make their way into Awsome land.

Chaos Has arrived.

[Duke Nukem]

Narrator observed the resurrection and re-destruction of Amarillo Slim and the emergence of Zais. He had only one thing to say:

"WHAT THE HELL SIDE IS EVERYBODY ON ANYWAYS?"

Captain Clever was off somewhere else catching butterflies.

[Sartorius]

(Lol Mass finally has mass)

"Well, now that that is taken care of..." Leon laughed. He sheathed the shining blade in one of his many scabbards before returning to Taco Bell. "Hey, it's getting really uneventful here you guys. How about we go on a random sidequest to one of the many places in this area." Leon suggested, showing a map to everyone.

"It says here that above us there is a large, prosperous land known as Super Land. I say we should go and check things out." Leon told everyone. In the recesses of his mind he probably had some insidious plot but he didn't realize it. Although his magic was not as powerful without Hystoger, he managed to summon a GIANT AIRSHIP with no trouble at all. "Well, if you guys want to come, I suggest you hurry." Leon said, jumping in the airship. "Really, before we have to deal with some new antagonist." said Leon, motioning toward Zais.

"My lord, intruders seem to want to go to our land." said a servant in the very corners of Super Land.

"Hmph. Ready the defenses. It had better not be who I think it is." whispered a mysterious figure clad in glowing white robes and of course a white hood. He had silver gray wings and and sat in a large chair looking through a crystal orb. It seemed to radiate energy throughout the area.

"Yes, my lord." said his subject, who readied their army.

[Duke Nukem]

Narrator boarded the airship without hesitation. He was bored, and knew that were he to desire to return to Awesome Land he could always make his way back lickity split. He's cool like that.

"DOES SUPER LAND HAVE LAWLASAURUSES THAT EAT PONIES AND DOESN'T AFRAID OF ANYTHING!??!!?!"

[Sartorius]

"I doubt it. Lawlasauruses have been extinct for a while now, Narrator." Leon said. "Anyone else want to join? Taenas and Walter can beat Zais and Chaos while we take a road/sky trip." Leon asked with a smile. He headed to the steering wheel of the airship to prepare for departure.

[Mass]

Mass had gained...well mass(lolz thank you Austin.). He turned towards Vincent. His medium length brown hair, distinct red eyes, and tall lanky form betrayed his age and power. He walked forward falling over as soon as he took a step.
"CRAP! Gotta get used to ma legz." Standing back up he moved forward again. Slowly getting faster until he was comfortable with walking. He turned again to Vincent.
"I think I shall join my acquaintances in Awesome land do you wish to come?" Vincent nodded vigorously.

[Duke Nukem]

"You are wrong," Narrator declared as he produced a LAWLASAURUS from his magic pockets. The LAWLASAURUS is 3 feet tall and is every color of the rainbow. Narrator placed the beast back in his pocket.

[Duke Nukem]

In preparation for travel, Narrator underwent another costume change.

Torn blue cotton pants trailing off just below the knees adorned his lower body. He wore no shoes. A piece of twine served as a belt. A torn white cotton shirt served to cover his torso. In place of a hat, there was a pot on his head. Narrator had imitated the garb of the great American legend, Johnny Appleseed. FEAR AND BEWARE.

[Sartorius]

"That's um...Interesting." Leon said, questioning the power of Narrator's pockets. His most recent costume change caused him to become slightly hungry as he remembered he would need food for his voyage.

"Well, to take care of food and drinks..." Leon said, summoning the 8th of Narrator's 6 Taco Bells and bringing it on board. "Now, everything is settled. LAST CALL TO GET ON THE AIRSHIP!" Leon yelled, putting the airship in DRIVE MODE. It ran on air so it could wait forever, but Leon wanted to leave soon.

[Xero]

"Wait for me!" Lacquer called. Stuffing a taco in his shirt pocket and swallowing a burger, he jumped into the car just as it began to fly away.

Xero, Cha Cha, Phantom, and Rowlek remained on the ground while the Phantom Regiment was getting off their ship.

[Duke Nukem]

"Let's get this party started, Very Ice," Narrator prompted. He was somewhat impatient for the journey to begin.

[Calfrun]

Zento sat up quickly and looked around. There was an airship, and the Watsrobes were pretty much in the same spot as they were before. He walked over to them. "Um... watrwegonnadonow?" he asked, still half asleep.

[Xero]

Cha Cha continued running off toward the Dark Hole Headquarters, with Xero, Phantom, and Rowlek still following him.

"I don't know!" Rowlek called back to Zento. "We're just following Cha Cha! He seems to know where he's going!"

[Calfrun]

"Works for me!" Zento ran and quickly caught up, running just behind Cha Cha in case he decided to make a sharp turn.

[Myrdraxxis]

Meanwhile, the forces of Chaos have set up their base of.......chaos. Zais looks around and frowns. "There is just one this missing....a blood fountai!" he exclaimes. A magical glowing well of blood appears out of nowhere making everyone cheer. Music begins to play. *The tune of the Campfire song song*

Lets gather 'round the bloodfountain, singing our bloodfountain song!

Our B-l-o-o-d-f-o-u-n-t-a-i-n song

and if you dont think that we can sing it faster than you're wrong

But it will help if you just sing along....!!

[Sartorius]

Imperial Prince Taenas and Emperor Walter arrived at Dark Hole Headquarters moments after Leon announced his road/sky trip. Since the building was made indestructible be Veralice before he underwent the change, it no longer retained its former magical properties. It was still a nice base, though.

Crashing through the formerly indestructible wall, Taenas sat down upon the throne while Walter looked through the telescope.

"Ready the soldiers in case of an attack." he told Taenas, seeing someone headed toward the tower.

Back at the airship, Leon said "Well, if that's everyone." and started the vehicle. It went from 0 to 175 in e second 2.71828 seconds and began flying off toward Super Land, a journey that would take days.

"Prepare the Divine Arrows. Strike them down before they arrive." Lord Raphael commanded. Instantaneously giant arrows made of light came flying toward Leon's airship.
