Awesome Land II: The War of Four Kings

[Calfrun]

(im gonna go ahead and continue, assuming all of Awesome Land is no longer in the Void)

Zento began walking. Without saying anything or looking back, he waved to Sarah, Johnny, Veralice, Mass, and Tetsuo. He had no idea where he was going, but eventually, he might find a town, and be able to make his way back to Cha Cha, or at least back to Ausum Land.

[Mizagium]

(Don't worry, I was looking for a way so that they may go home soon anyway. I have five other original characters to bring in soon.)

Time Keeper was furious. How could a being simply WALK into his mind and throw him out? He focused his anger into a energy sphere. It held for a moment before fizzling out. He was till weak from his Null-Void sphere.

Even his time-hax abilities were drained. Looks like he would have to do this the old-fashioned way...

[Mass]

Mass watched the various participants in the story wander off.
"Don't worry Time Keeper you WILL die. Just not today. I'd rather kill you when we are equal."
Mass/OMEGA RIDLEY took flight. Curse this weak minded creature it hinders me just as did that miserable pure energy form. At least he gave me what i wandered eons for. Mass's laughter reached down for all to hear. Soon Time Keeper soon you shall pay for the curse you put on me. Just wait.

[Xero]

Suddenly, the barrier that had previously surrounded Awesome Land was gone. Cha Cha turned around and saw the ships of the SRN again and heard a victory shout. The Regiment began throwing babbiez into the air because it was over. They had won.

But Cha Cha knew it wasn't over. His brother and father were still out there somewhere. And Sarah.....

He felt a soft, familiar touch in his mind. He knew who it was. He would miss that frequent tug on his mind coming from the Void.

He saw the Mambutoo O'Malleys and the RCN boarding their ship to head back to Really Cool, but he noticed a person falling behind. It was Sarah. She was struggling against something and was unable to board the ship. He concentrated harder on her. He saw something very strange. It was a dragon.

Sarah was struggling against OMEGA RIDLEY! Her soul was still trapped within the Void! But why?

Then he remembered: his father had mentioned briefly before that he had absorbed the Mirror's Power when he was attacked by Veralice a year earlier. It hit him: Sarah had been freed from the depths of the Null Void and was allowed to enter Awesome Land, but she was unable to leave RIDLEY's presence because she hadn't been set free by the Mirror's True Power. Sarah seemed to be fading away slowly. She was being sucked back into the Void! He had to find his father. Soon!

Anticlimactically, Phantom and the Corpsvets emerged from the woods right at the beach where everyone was. He saw Cha Cha on the Poltergeist and waved. Then he noticed his old ship and laughed. He hadn't seen the Regiment in a while. Then he saw Sarah struggling against the image of RIDLEY, trying to get on the ship with her brother. Johnny reached out his hand to her and she grabbed it, but she was sent flying back when her hand touched the force-field around AL made by the Void. Phantom hurried to her side and grabbed his staff, Strad. He swung the staff over his head as he ran toward the Princess of Really Cool. As he neared her, he yelled, "FREE HER!!" and slammed his staff into the ground right by her hand. The earth shook and a shockwave could be seen pulsating out from Strad. Then, the wave seemed to redirect itself: toward Sarah. A strange object appeared from the ground. It looked like a person. Then there was a flash, and the person was revealed: it was Cha Cha. Cha Cha stared at his Mirror Image in astonishment. THAT was the True Power of the Mirror!?!?!? THAT was what Sarah needed to be free!?!? Cha Cha's Mirror Image burst into a blinding light. Then the light was gone. Sarah was glowing, and she began to hover a few inches above the ground. There was a loud shriek, and the image of RIDLEY disappeared in an explosion of darkness. The dark clouds followed the flying Mass/RIDLEY and was absorbed into his chest.
Sarah fell to the ground, and the light began to fade. She opened her eyes and saw Cha Cha standing over her. He had left his ship hurriedly to help Sarah at all costs. He smiled at her, and she smiled back. Cha Cha held out his hand to her, and taking it, Sarah pulled herself to her feet. They stood there looking at each other for a moment, but seemed like forever.

"Now," Cha Cha said, "you're free. I told you I'd bring you back into the real world."

Cha Cha released his hold on Sarah's hand, which had gone unnoticed by both of them for several seconds. He smiled at her again and began to walk with his father toward his brother, who had joined Commander Lacquer by the Poltergeist.

[Mass]

Mass screamed as his only physical body was destroyed through the power of the Mirror.
"NO. I refuse this body I may have the knowledge I need, but i can not get to the Temple without a physical vessel!." scanning all around himself he sought out the weakest soul near. Bah they are all to strong for me to bend them against my will. I shall try to get into the Temple of Afrazodis in my current form. Mass sped towards the ship headed to Really Cool land. I shall ferry myself there with Johnny, Sarah, and the others. Since they can not see or hear me i shall be free from detection.

[Mizagium]

(Oh, oaky thanks.)

RIDLEY faded, his awesome powers diminished and his true form was restored. He was a regular-sized pterodactyl (puh-tare-o-dac-tul). Having no memory of his time in service to Veralice or the Time Keeper, he flew off to rejoin his brother and sister in Fun Land.

[Mizagium]

(Michael your taking too long)

Anyway...

The Time Keeper trudged across Awesome Land, slowly regaining his powers. A memory forced itself into his mind...

Yes...this boy was a threat to him. He would have to teach him a lesson.

[Mass]

Cha Cha plus Sarah equals a relationship? This added whole new level of confusion and curiosity towards humans that Mass had accumulated since he gained this form. So long since Time Keeper and Mass had been friends. That one fact accompanied with the fact that Time Keeper cursed him this fate was all he had left of himself. He longed to return to his human form but knew that was no longer possible. His body would crumble to dust if it was possible for it WAS dust.
The Temple of Afrazodis would give him what he wanted and more.

[Calfrun]

Zento waited near the edge of the woods. He saw Cha Cha and Sarah, and though it sickened him (for he is just THAT anti-social), he decided to wait for them to finish...

(Sryz. Gots homework. But I'll do my post, then I'll go finish up.)

As Cha Cha began to walk away, Sarah stood and watched. She turned to head back to the ship taking the RCN back to the Kingdom of Really Cool. Suddenly, someone grabbed her hand and she was whirled around. Cha Cha stood there and kissed her. They pressed their lips together in farewell. (lol That's how they say good-bye in Awesome Land.) After several moments, Cha Cha finally released Sarah and looked into her eyes.

"I'll never forget you, Sarah." He began to walk away again. Sarah grasped his hand one last time and gave him another kiss.

"I love you. Thank you," she said. With that, she headed back to the ship. Johnny held out his hand to her, forcing himself not to puke or burst out laughing at what he just saw. Sarah pulled herself onto the ship and looked back at Cha Cha.

"I'll miss you," she whispered. She clutched at the torn Soul Patch in her pocket as the ship sailed toward their home.

Cha Cha looked down at his hand and saw half of the Soul Patch he had given Sarah in the Veral Dimension. He closed his fist around it, as if he were afraid he'd lose it and Sarah with it. He walked toward the edge of the water and stared off toward the ship.

"Good bye, Sarah," he murmured. The ship disappeared from view, and Cha Cha turned around to rejoin his father and brother.

Friends move on. Lives disappear. But the battle must continue. And the battle that was left on the horizon was as hard as ever: the battle against the Time Keeper.

[Calfrun]

As Cha Cha stood by Phantom and Xero, none of them noticed Zento sneaking back to rejoin the ranks of the Regiment. He let out a yawn. He had gotten a good rest while he waited for the boat to finally set sail.

[Mass]

Mass sighed in relief as the ship set sail. The temple was getting that much closer and so was his goal.

[Mizagium]

The Time keeper arrived at the docks where the ships were leaving. He had to find the one called Zento Calfrun. He HAD to!

A force beyond his own will was controlling him, and he didn't even know it...

[Calfrun]

Zento felt that he was being followed, but he had to stay and make sure nobody realized that he had gone anywhere to begin with.

[Mizagium]

Time Keeper spotted the boat with his target on it. Without thinking he raised his staff. The whole boat lifted out of the water and hovered hack to the shore. Time Keeper dropped in on the beach.

"Zento Calfrun!" He shouted in a voice that was not entirely his. "Come out and face me!"

[Calfrun]

Zento caught sight of the Time Keeper. ~Damn! didn't I kill that guy?~ He walked over to face the RTK (real Time Keeper lol) "What do you want?"

[Mizagium]

The Time Keeper's mind was devolving to basic instincts.

"...Fight me...You...die..."

With that cheery statement he raised his staff. The ground Zento was standing on rocketed upward on a stone pillar.

[Calfrun]

Zento casually stepped away as the pillar shot up. So many questions. Was this guy an illusion made by Veralice too?

[Mizagium]

The Time Keeper rushed at Zento, brandishing his staff.

[Calfrun]

Zento was suprised. This wasn't the way the Time Keeper had fought before. He ran around TK (don't feel like typing the whole thing) and struck at his back.

[Mass]

Mass felt the power of Zento Calfrun and Time Keeper clash. So a battle has begun. No matter if Time Keeper falls then he gets what he deserves and I get my new body. Mass headed down where none could feel his release of power he slowly drifted past the ship's crew. Finally where he would be concealed he forced the ship to speed forward letting no time be spared.

[Mizagium]

Zento cut THe Time Keepr's back, but it went unnoticed as he turned and lunged t his like an animal.

He kicked Zento aside and planted the staff in the ground. Energy waves spread outward form it. Deep rifts opened up in the ground along those lines.

[Mizagium]

(It always is...)

Derp-bot was confused. He had JUST gotten into the Null-Void before it was taken down. "DERP!" he exclaimed in frustration. He rolled around in circles to work it off.

"Derp?" he said as a pterodactyl flew overhead.

[Calfrun]

Zento found himself stuck on a platform surrounded by rifts. He jumped... and hit the wall, he grabbed it, but still slowly slid downward...

[Mizagium]

"You...be...quicker..."

Time Keeper motioned with his hands and the rifts began to close in on themselves, potentially trapping Zento underground.
