Ever heard of Whateverlife.com? I know I haven't, and with good reason. The owner of the site, Ashley Qualls, designs templates and backgrounds for MySpace. That's all well and good, but the thing is she does it for free. Absolutely free; everything on her website is completely free of charge. Yet there's one thing that doesn't make sense. This girl is a multimillionaire, started the site at the age of 14, paid for a house with 250,000 cash, and only keeps 3000 a month for herself, saving the rest. How did she get this far?
AdvertisementsYep, her entire pocket is funded by ads. The site became so popular (Curse MySpace) that advertisers started paying her checks from about 2000 to 10000 dollars in weeks. So, the moral of this story is: Develop a moderately impressive talent, give away shit for free and then WHORE yourself out to ad agencies.

You can make a lot of money designing and selling websites...5 years ago. NOT ANYMORE. Advertising is why Facebook is now worth as much as General Motors. You heard me, that's a fact. Massive car company General Motors is worth as much as Facebook.

Massive car company General Motors is worth as much as Facebook. Too bad she made money off advertising, not designing websites. You just need to start off with a good business before the big advertisers want to sex up your website. |

Even if a site has little traffic, if the site is important (Like Adobe's website), people will want to have similar advertisements there. The other way is to have like Google Ads and an incredibly popular website, having those cents build into moolah.

What was the clever statement? You were not acknowledging each other, which is why I thought against the whole "WE WERE AUGMENTING".
This is stupid. I thought one thing, thinking that you were disagreeing and not seeing each other's points, but apparently you guys weren't. No more needs to be added. An eye for an eye will only end in destruction and hate, never justice.
