on this site, a moderator does not have as much power as an admin. I don't know what advantages the admin has over the mod so don't ask me lol.

A moderator usually has less power, control over only the users, and has a smaller sphere of influence (may only moderate one sub-forum), while admins moderate the moderators too and have more power.

If you want to be an admin, I'll be looking for posts: that contribute, are well thought out, and have decent grammar. I will also base my decision on how you behave in real life, and if you have a british accent while giving marching commands, your chances of getting the position will increase.

Hey man/boy, you'll be lucky if I even think about making you an admin. The adminstrative position takes leadership, knowledge, contribution, and most of all, assertiveness. An admin is not a fluff job. I do not just hand out this position. You must prove your worth by showing your maturity. One cannot simply walk into EHS Smash Forums, make a few simple-minded posts, and expect to be an admin. If I decide to make you an admin, other users will believe that becoming an admin does not require special talent at all. Only a select few are born that have the qualities of an admin. You sir, are wrong-minded for believing that having a high post count and believing that you can obtain the position of an admin by using improper grammar. Please rethink the way you behave before asking to be an admin. And remember, asking to be an admin only lowers your chance of becoming an admin. Once I realize that you are making an effort to truly live the life of admin, I will consider you for the job.
