That would be cool. I think in SSB4 all characters should have alternate costumes (like Wario), so team matches could work better. Double Pichu team ftw.

More like Pikachus with Pichu hats on to comfort the people who think Pichu will ever be playable again.

Pichu is awesome. WHY ARE ALL THE LOW TIERS COOL?
Pichu teams were too good. Hitting someone with a fully charged side-b is almost as satisfying as doing a Ken Combo.

Because Low Tier is the most fun tier to play, and they all are super unique which makes it even better.

except Ice Climbers are too fun also and unique, but they are pretty high on the tier list (mid tier I think).

Well that's part of it, but I think the desyncing has a lot to do with it. Well, desyncing during a grab has most to do with it. If you get grabbed at 80% it's a sure death.
My favorites are Yoshi, DK, Pichu, and Young Link. I consider Link mid tier so he's not on the list.

I'm a terrible Pichu, and Roy was my first main, although he is my curse because he is the reason I cannot tilt well (stupid reliance on forward smash...).

I suggest playing as DK or Bowser and practice L-canceling. It's really noticeable and (I think) is the same timing as everyone else. If any of you know what teching is (Ukemi for newbies), it's when after you get hit towards the ground, you hit L to instantly stand up. It's the same timing for L-canceling, and you can use any of the shield buttons including Z to make it work. You can only L-cancel A-type aerial, So don't try L-canceling Captain Falcon's aerial Falcon Kick. You only need to L-cancel if you know your aerial will have landing lag, like you won't need to L-cancel if you perform an aerial really high in the air because the lag will be over by the time you touch the ground. L-canceling is crucial if you short hop aerials, and it is important to every character including Fox. I suggest practicing against level 1 computers, and take it seriously. Focus on comboing and L-canceling all your aerials. Substitute roll dodging for wavedashing when you need to create space. Practice against different characters, because some of the smaller characters like Pichu are harder to combo. Once you have made a habit of advance teching everything, fight level 8s for practice. Don't practice against level 9s because they have super-human capabilities like powershielding consistently and you won't encounter that sort of stuff in a real match. Avoid fighting the level 8s that only attack using their AAA combo, like Captain Falcon, Marth, and Fox (for examples). Some harder computers are Link, Ganondorf, and sometimes Luigi. Once your parents get mad at you for playing too much video games or you don't have access to Melee, watch a lot of pro matches on youtube to educate yourself on the metagame. Watch carefully on how they approach their opponent and what they do in certain situations. Take note on every thing they do. This is the fastest way to get better when you aren't very good (which would be us), and is even faster than trying to practice in Melee (unless you already know the metagame, like me). I suggest everyone to watch all the videos in the Melee Video thread because I posted a lot of videos that have really made me improve (except a few Falcon Punch videos ) I'm out.
