This has been on my mind for a while, but we've never actually discussed the ACTUAL locations of places in relation to Awesome Land.
Since it was never discussed, Awesome Land has a western coast tot he Sea of That's Whah You Think, with Veraland located NW off-shore. Special Land lies underwater between Awesome Land and Veraland.
Really Cool Land is S of Awesome Land, connected by an isthmus, so sailing is the fastest way between the two Lands. (Mine)
Groovy Land is NE of Awesome Land. (It's mine so I put it there)
Fun Land is N of Awesome Land and W of Groovy Land. (Fun Land is mine as well. Fun Land is mountainous, so mountains separate it from Awesome Land and Groovy Land)
Super Land is in the sky above Awesome Land.
I need the relative locations of Ausum Land and Lolfail Land to complete the map.

Super Land is in the sky... and there's also Lolfail Land bordering Ausum Land
Lolfail and Ausum Lands are Michael's, so you'll have to ask him

Same with Lolfail Land.

oh wait, i misread that. it's either in the sky or somewhere to the north
"It's here above us" can mean multiple things.

Ausum Land is E of Awesome Land. The Brildia Sea stands between Ausum Land and Lolfail Land, which lies a few miles NE of Ausum Land. Beethaven (see Ausum Land on the Band Forums, or see the Wiki) is far west of Awesome Land, completely opposite Ausum Land.
I'd like to make a few changes. Veraland is the center of a triangle formed by Awesome Land, Ausum Land, and Really Cool Land. In order for that to work, Veraland (which was my idea) needs to be SE of Awesome Land. Also, Special Land is under Awesome Land.... All of it. Not just the part in between Awesome Land and Veraland. If Special Land were above water, it would be bigger than Awesome Land.

Yeah, Ausum Land is completely cut off from Awesome Land. The Brildia Sea expands so that it's between Ausum Land and Lolfail Land and between Ausum Land and Awesome Land.
